About Linda

A life that led here.

Linda Eisenman

Meet Linda Eisenman, a beacon of transformation who knows all too well the weight of pain — both physical and emotional. At the age of 35, she began her wellness journey with ballet and yoga, determined to overcome years of scoliosis and unrelenting discomfort. After years of struggle, she finally found strength and uprightness. But the relentless effort of those disciplines left little room for the ease and grace she truly sought.

In 2020, everything changed. A prayer was answered when she discovered Hanna Somatics, a gentle practice that released the tension she had fought for so long. Inspired and empowered, Linda felt a compelling urge to share this newfound freedom. She embarked on a three-year training journey, becoming certified not only in Somatics but also in The Trager® Approach — a deep, intuitive blend of hands-on and guided healing movement that offers profound physical and emotional release.

Her path didn't stop there. Linda had, in her early thirties, received an M.A. in Applied Psychology, and in 2025 and 2026, she studied The Journey, a way to access the psychological foundations of illness and the innate spiritual source of healing within each individual. As we access and resolve buried emotions and limiting beliefs, our natural healing mechanisms regenerate, often with astonishing results. With a life grounded in meditation and introspection, her commitment to helping others is rooted in personal experience.

Linda understands the pain of feeling trapped in one's body and emotions — that overwhelming sense of being unheard and unseen.

"Nothing in the world is as soft and yielding as water. Yet for dissolving the hard and inflexible, nothing can surpass it."
— the Tao Te Ching

This wisdom resonates deeply with Linda's mission: to cultivate a mindset that allows for movement with ease and grace, helping others discover that their inherent potential is waiting to be unlocked.

With over 40 years of diverse experience in healing and movement modalities, Linda has guided countless individuals on their own journeys to liberation — helping clients find fluidity in their bodies and reconnect with the depth of their emotional landscape.

As a former career professional who left a lucrative path to pursue this calling, Linda carries an unwavering focus on what truly heals. Her dedication to long-term learning ensures she continuously expands her expertise, asking, "What does this person need? How do I meet that?"
